Refund Policy

At Sapoi & Co Pty Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality, purposefully crafted Sticky Chai blends. While we endeavour to ensure every order meets our exacting standards, we recognise that issues may occasionally arise.

1. Change of Mind 

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for a change of mind, particularly given the perishable and consumable nature of our products. 

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully and reach out to our customer support team for assistance prior to placing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items 

Should an order arrive in a condition that is: 

  • Damaged during transit 

  • Otherwise defective 

Please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt by contacting info@sapoi.com.au. Kindly provide: 

  • Your order number 

  • Receipt or proof of purchase 

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue 

  • A brief description of the concern

Upon receiving and verifying your item(s), we may, at our discretion: 

  • Issue a replacement (subject to stock availability), or 

  • Provide a full refund 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. 

 

3. Shipping Charges 

Refunds granted under this policy will apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error or fault lies with Sapoi & Co. 

 

4. Submitting a Refund Request 

To be eligible for and to initiate a refund or replacement request, please email info@sapoi.com.au with: 

  • The subject line: Refund Request – Order #[Order Number] 

  • Receipt or proof of purchase 

  • A summary of the issue 

  • Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g. photographs) 

Our team will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.
