Return Policy

Effective Date: 12th August 2025 

At Sapoi & Co Pty Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality, purposefully crafted Sticky Chai blends. While we endeavour to ensure every order meets our exacting standards, we recognise that issues may occasionally arise, and we are here to assist in resolving the matter promptly. 

Returns (if applicable) 

We will accept returns for products purchased online within seven (7) days from date of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.  We accept returns within seven (7) days of your item delivery. 

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods, including food, teas, spices, flowers, and herbs, cannot be returned.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully, and if you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. In all instances where a product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within seven (7) days of receiving your order at info@sapoi.com.au

Kindly provide: 

  • Your order number 

  • Receipt or proof of purchase 

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue 

  • A brief description of the concern 

 

Our Customer Service team will review and respond to your request within two (2) business days. 

Upon receiving and verifying your item(s), we may, at our discretion: 

  • Issue a replacement (subject to stock availability), or 

  • Provide a full refund 

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within five (5) business days of confirmation. Refunds granted under this policy will apply to the product cost only. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to clear the funds. 

Shipping 

Return shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error or fault lies with Sapoi & Co Pty Ltd. 

You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the item.
