Shipping Policy

➤ Where Do You Ship? 

We currently ship Australia-wide. 

International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on it as we grow our global community. 

 

➤ How Much Is Shipping? 

• Orders under $60 – $9.95 flat rate – Standard Shipping 

• Orders $60 or more – Free Standard Shipping – Free Shipping is based on 5kg maximum weight.  Above 5kg, shipping fees may apply. 

 

➤ How Long Will My Order Take? 

We hand-pack and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. 

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 

• Metro Areas: 1-2 business days 

• Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days 

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships. 

 

➤ Can I Track My Order? 

Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. 

 

➤ What Happens If I Miss Delivery? 

If your order is returned to us due to: 

• an incorrect address, or 

• failure to collect from the post office 

We’ll contact you to organise redelivery. Extra shipping costs may apply. 

 

➤ What If There’s a Shipping Problem? 

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged — we’ll make it right.
